Electromagnetic liquid flowmeters are devices designed to account for the volume flow of a liquid medium. The principle of operation consists in the interaction of a liquid passing through the device with a magnetic field and is based on the law of electromagnetic induction. The devices can only be used to measure electrically conductive media, the minimum specific conductivity of which is 5 microns / cm.
